preciouz-01@preciouz-01 just finished a 18.18km ride, that lasted for 49 minutes.
This ride helped preciouz-01 burn 240.1 calories.

Description from Strava: It's another day to hit the road. With my glasses on and face mask 馃樂, I got ready for a dusting free ride.

Cycling solo not only makes me burn excess calories but also helps me navigate better, control while moving faster.

Cycling is one sport activity which helps me calm and it boosts good sleep.

After the first rain of the year fell yesterday, my MTB clearly shows the point of contact of the tires on the road which I believe is same with a road bike and you could see how big these tires are, not the biggest though 馃榿

Solo ride is really cool, but these reminds me to get a road bike. Cycling solo helps me track my activities to know if I'm or not.
