People likely judge others within the few minutes they meet them and those impression are almost always wrong.
Some people also believe in love at first sight.I don't know how it really feel like because i haven't experienced it before.

Yeah, it is true not to judge a book by its cover, but before buying anything you must first be attracted by the outer look before purchasing the item. That applies to the way we dress or talk.
People tends to remember the first thing they see and work with the impression.
