I think he fear most about the treatment if doctor find a issue because he don't have money for it.

This might be true, but it's also a dumb reason too because it's better you know you have a problem and then work towards solving it.. Than not knowing at all and leaving your life on a 50/50 probability.

What if the test discovers a life-threatening illness that can only be cured when discovered early??
