วันนี้ผมจะพาเพื่อนๆไปชมอีกโซนหนึ่งของสวน นอกจากปลูกกล้วย พืช ผัก สวนครัว และ
เลี้ยงไก่ เลี้ยงเป็ด เลี้ยงปลา และ เลี้ยงหมู
ผม พยายามปลูกผักสวนครัวทุกอย่างที่กินได้ ให้ลงตัวและพยายามหามาปลูกเพิ่มไปเรื่อยๆครับ ทำไปตามสภาพ ในบริเวณด้านนี้ ผมปลูกอ้อยไว้ด้วยครับ อ้อย สายพันธุ์ สุพรรณ และสายพันธุ์สิงคโปร์
ผมปลูกเมื่อปีที่แล้วตอนนี้อายุของอ้อยประมาณปีกว่าๆ ตอนนี้ได้เวลาเก็บเกี่ยวแล้วครับ วันนี้ผมกับภรรยาออกจากบ้านไปตัดอ้อยหลังจากได้รับโทรศัพท์ ลูกค้าสั่งอ้อยมา 200 กิโลกรัม ก่อนหน้านี้ผมเคยตัดส่งไปหลายกิโลแล้วครับ ตอนนี้อ้อยออกดอกกำลังสวยพอดี น้ำอ้อยกำลังหอมหวานอร่อย ครับ ผมใช้เวลาตัดเกือบทั้งวัน อุปสรรคก็มีนะครับ ผมสังเกตเห็นต้นอ้อย มีรอยถูกแทะเลม
อ้อยบางก่อถูกหนูกัดกินลำต้น ทำให้อ้อยเสียหายไม่สามารถนำไปขายได้ ผมต้องคิดดัดแปรง ต้นอ้อยที่ถูกทิ้งกลับมาใช้ประโยชน์ให้ได้มากที่สุด ผมเลยนำต้นอ้อยเหล่านั้นมาใส่โคนต้นไม้ที่ผมปลูไว้เพื่อเป็นปุ๋ย ต่อไปครับ
ถึง เวลาอาหารมื้อเที่ยง ผมไม่ได้นำอาหารมาทาน นะครับ ผมนำมะละกอ ที่ผมปลูกเอง มาทานแทนอาหารมื้อเที่ยง กับมะละกอที่แสนอร่อย พร้อมกับน้ำหวาน 1 แก้วและน้ำเปล่า 1 ขวด และเพิ่มเติมพลังด้วยการกินอ้อย อาหารมื้อเที่ยงเสร็จแล้วนั่งชมธรรมชาติใต้ต้นไม้ เสร็จแล้วก็ลงมือตัดอ้อยกันต่อครับให้ครบจำนวน
