In order to become big in steemit we need to grow ourselves as an individual and a team. As a newbie we have a little amount of knowledge in our pockets but the way we read people, invading ourselves into different topics, learning day in and day out brings out the whale in us !

You might be talented in a particular field , go on blogging about it and make people learn from your articles! Learn crypto a little bit if you haven't because you would come across it more often and it would be the ever trending topic in steemit! Be optimistic about the results and hit the goal.
