Reflection Hunters Contest Round 181 "Narayana Sarover".

Hello Hive community.

I hope you all are fine. I am also fine here. Today's post photos are for Reflection Hunters Contest Round 181. This is the Reflection Hunters Contest run by @olgavita . My post today is based on the holy Narayana Sarover. Sarover means lake. This place is sacred because it is situated on the birthplace of Lord Swaminarayan. Lord himself has bathed in this lake many times so there is no need for words to describe the sanctity of this place. Also, I have made today's post to participate in the contest. So a post has been created to do two things with one arrow.

Narayan Sarover is a holy pilgrimage site located in Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh state of India. A huge and magnificent temple is built here at the birth place of Lord Swaminarayan. And this beautiful lake is located at a distance of about 200 meters from the temple. When we went to visit chappiya, this lake was under some work. The banks of this lake were being built with RCC. Along with this, the work to clean this lake was also going on.

Narayana Sarover (lake) itself is a remarkable body of water that has spiritual and purifying properties. Pilgrims visiting here bathe in the lake to cleanse themselves of sins and seek blessings. According to local beliefs, Narayana Sarover was created by divine intervention. And has been a part of many rituals since ancient times. People also believe that by bathing in this lake with faith, all sins are burnt away. That's why this place has got a special status according to me. This lake is a matter of faith due to which a circumambulation path has also been built around it.

Six gazibas are also built around this lake in three directions. Where one can sit and meditate and attain peace. Now I want to tell you a little about the history of Narayan Sarovar and Swaminarayan Sampradaya here. Narayana Sarovar Chhappiya is known as the birthplace of Lord Swaminarayan, the founder of the Swaminarayan sect, a major sect in Hinduism. Lord Swaminarayan was born on 3rd April 1781 and on Chaitra Sud 9th of Gujarati month as Ghanshyam in Chhappiya, a small village of this region. The Swaminarayan sect emphasizes devotion, morality and community service. This sect has millions of followers worldwide. And they consider this place sacred.

Narayana Sarovar Chhappiya is a place of deep spiritual significance especially for the followers of Swaminarayan sect. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and cultural heritage with religious significance. Chhappiya is a major destination for pilgrims and spiritual seekers. This site is a beautiful place that reflects the teachings of Lord Swaminarayan.

I felt peace after visiting Narayan Sarovar. And you too must have guessed by seeing the photographs of this lake that this place has great religious significance. I felt absolute peace here.

I hope that my post will be accepted for the Reflection Hunters Contest Round 181.

I sincerely thank you for visiting and reading my post.
