This downtrend in steem price won't stop till we stop inflating steem with 24% . I might sound like trolling but I want to pass this message to all influencers so that something is done sooner than later.

It does not matter -how it is done. But SBD selling creates new steem and that leads to higher than planned inflation. Regarding CMC - That is the only easy source to know for steem supply for common

Steem has 24% inflation. That is the primary reason for price to go down when we have a wall of 100mn liquid steem sitting on exchanges. Inflation should be reduced down to 2-5% as the case with BTC and

Steem inflation is 24% and no trick of changing curation curves will change the price trend significantly. Reducing actual inflation to less than 2-5% is the only solution. With halvening in 2020 - BTC

If that is the case then our claim that inflation is <10% and reducing is flawed. We are practicing bad inflation policy and not even recognizing forget about correcting.
