The word motivation is something we all need in our daily lives or in some phases of our lives.
I grew up to be a happy person but life has been a bit up and down for me,I see myself in conditions and situations that were so discouraging and all I needed was some motivation.
There are days I wake up confused,tired,angry, hopeless,discourage,helpless,stress and drained.
But after a while,(it could be some days,hours, minutes or seconds ) I feel energised, hopeful and happy.
This is because I felt motivated along the way
And here are a few things I do to feel motivated.

Prayer has a way of making me calm with myself and my environment,it has been my greatest tool to keep me mentally calm and focus.
I usually feel a sense of peace and comfort each time I pray,I feel understood and heard.
No matter the discouragement,once I pray deeply,am always fill with a resilient spirit
I believe it is God's way of empowering me when ever i am discourage.
The next thing i do to feel motivated is,
