Hello family, hope you all had a great day, am so in love with this topic, that's why am writing about it.
I feel sacrifice is selflessness and unconditional, it is the act of love, its has been my daily day activity as a mom. I can't forget in a hurry one of the major decision I took for my child and I believe it was worth it.
My life:
I remember when I got pregnant with my second child my first child wasn't up to 6month old, it was a major challenge for me because i needed strength, my body didn't heal from the previous child birth but for the sake of the innocent baby I allowed my body to go through the process of child bearing, the pregnancy discomforts, depletion of energy and expression of multiple hormones.

The process was fearful but for the sake of the little one, I had to find courage ,I dedicated my life solely for her, it was a huge decision,a choice I made and am grateful I stood by my child.

My Sleep
From the first day of motherhood's journey,i had to sacrifice my sleep for late night feeding and other discomfort of the child.

My career :
When I had my baby, , there was a hold on my career.i had to prioritise family over my career as a mom and a wife I opted in for a career that will suit me as a mom which will give me time for my kids

My Emotions :
I had to place the emotional well-being of my kids first before my own, even when am not emotionally fine, i still have to meet the emotional needs of my kids.

My Time.
I hardly have time for my self they are now my priority

My Body:
As funny as it may sound, I wanted to be a size 12 but kids came in and my weight increased.

My lifestyle,
I had to amend my lifestyle, trust me I still wish to go out with a sexy dress and a cute little purse or handbag, but how can I do that when I have baby's stuff to pack in a big bag?

Apart from my kids I remember when when my aunty had issues in her marriage it was deep. I had to help her to take care of her 3 children while she tried sorting it out with her husband
During those times, the task was much on me because I was still in school and taking care of 3 little children for months was a big task fir me but am grateful they were able to resolve their issues and have learnt that sacrifices is the ability to withstand pains, worries and fears just for your love ones which is an act of tremendous love and care.
In sacrificing, I provide a lot of things, ignore alot, reject alot, withhold alot just for my kids and my love one's benefit without expecting anything in return, to me, that's the purest form of sacrifice.
I know there are some supper women and mothers out there who have done alot for their love ones, I just want to say Thank you. You are the best.
