Brother Eli shed a greater light on the best way to pray,he encourages christians to pray but not just to pray alone but to start doing things in God's way.
In Matthew chapter 7 verse 7
" Ask and it shall be given you,
Seek and ye shall find,knock and it shall be open unto you."
In this portion Brother Eli pointed out the words
Ask,seek and knock.
By asking is to pray and prayer comes first before seeking and to seek is to take action
And he explained that there more work to be done than just asking and he emphasized on why we should follow God's way,explaining that God's ways is the only way that our prayers will not be in vain.
In God's way,we will not be lazy,
we will not sit and fold our hands and expect God to send bread from heaven.
God's way is a call to pray and to take action by working hard for God to provide.
In conclusion ,when we seek God by taking the right action and not being lazy,God is faithful and ready to help us find whatsoever we seek.
Therefore praying is not just enough
it's in taking the right action.
