God’s intervention in getting you ahead of every conceivable enemy situation is by the agency of His Word.
If you despise His Word, you are conceding to a life of captivity.
God does not have any problem with your enemies, they can never be a hindrance to whatever He seeks to accomplish in your life. The issue God has is to have you stay aligned with His Word; because, your victory over that enemy situation is entrenched in the Word.
When you apply yourself to the Word, you are applying yourself to wisdom to outsmart your enemies.
Many in quest for divine intervention to outsmart their enemies have their eyes set on some sensational happenings like it was when fire came down from Heaven on Mount Carmel.
Whichever way God chooses to come, it is primarily by your inclination to His Word.
Elijah saw fire descend from Heaven, but, it was first an inclination to the Word of God.
In his prayer before the advent of fire from Heaven, he said –
“let it be known this day that Thou art God in Israel, and … that I have done all these things at Thy Word.” 1 Kings 18:36.
Many get so bothered about the enemy’s advances, but with God the issue is not much with the enemy as it is with you hinging on the Word of God.
Saul became so conscious of the advances of the enemy that he forced himself to go contrary to the Word of God and it earned him a fall. (1 Samuel 13:10-14).
God is able to prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies; your enemies are no issue to Him.
All He seeks for you is to stay aligned with His instrument for your victory which is His Word.
