I don't see it as the core of our disagreement. It's not like in the past before the exploitation of this gender fluidity movement there were cops waiting at restrooms itching to call stormtroopers in for violations. In fact, I would suggest it was rather a rare occurrence when they were called out, due to it being not socially acceptable for us to use one anothers restroom. But then, society has devolved in many ways where so many now seem to get some kind of rush by triggering their neighbors when before most wanted things to run smoothly.

This presentation that you make can go deep down the rabbithole of nuances, but suffice it to say from my end that there is a push to force things on my sovereignty such as using a restroom with women who call themselves men using this gender fluid scheme, and it places my ability to sidestep situations that are compromising at risk as mentioned before. Not to mention I personally don't want women in the restroom with me when I'm utilizing it period. The old way worked, changing it was nothing but a huge flip of the bird to many on this one.

As to explaining the state needing to know, under the old ways if someone (usually moreso a male) were in the wrong restroom, and it frightened (chances are legitimately) the people in there, an explanation as to what caused such a deviance in norms is not unexpected. Like I mentioned earlier, if I had a little girl or a significant other and some guy went in the restroom with them, I would not like that and there should be an explanation to avoid the misunderstanding from growing into a situation of violence.

I'm not seeing where we will get anywhere further with this, as I feel I'm simply repeating my past assertions, as do you extrapolating out to storm troopers. I doubt either of us are going to change our positions on this (if you are actually advocating for gender fluid restrooms), so will leave you with the last word on this if you wish.
