Welcome back. I don't have your crystal ball, but I do wonder if Bitcoins rise will affect alts positively. I can't stop from thinking how many got sucked into projects last time (years ago) and have watched as for many, they either failed or still hang on somehow with little to zero results. That with the governments further intrusion with regulations (especially against ICO'S) makes me feel that if any alts are affected, they will be few.
