A good exploration, despite not necessarily agreeing with all of it. In the video for example, the feelings of the video creator is evident in the facts they are choosing to display which only shows one surface on issues that have many.

I think part of the problem is the narrative masters for the pretend dual system of representation we have take great lengths to put a spin on their facts (real or not) that is designed to evoke such a strong emotion that it overrides the ability of most to listen to what the other side of the equation may be trying to convey. It has reached a point where it is not so easy to understand or believe the so called experts as each side in the created debates seem to have experts that contradict the others.

I believe that Shapiro is pointing out that those on the left are more prone to have a melt down if any form of disagreement is made on what they consider the facts, taking the questioning or disagreement as a cause for violent outbursts or worse. As soon as we have a side that immediately resorts to denigration and/or violence in response to disagreement the situation has devolved past a fixable point.

I mentioned before we don't see eye to eye on many issues, but I appreciate the fact you are able to compose yourself in examinations and willing to concede others who differ in facts or which facts may be the important ones aren't monsters for their positions. A position we need more of if we are to move past this schism growing among the majority daily. Time to start seeing one another as people regardless of the facts they carry, regardless of the merit of their believed facts.
