I'm glad things are looking up for you. I remember thinking (seems like a lifetime ago) that many of the rituals involved in asking for forgiveness in the Christian religion were emphasized as a means for one to forgive themselves. Which led me to wondering how much of the separation from God is self imposed through feelings of unworthiness. We are often our worst critic, our worst enemy, jailed by agreements made in our thoughts.
