That's a lot of eggs, wow. I envy your ability to be self sufficient like that. I've always wanted to return to the country and growing like when I was a kid. It appears I'm stuck in apartments for some time longer, but have looked into acquiring some heirloom seeds, and through hours of researching have discovered possibilities on alternate farming when one doesn't have land. Will be sharing some of that in the upcoming months.

Maybe you can do a post in the future on how you keep the wildlife from eating up all your crops.
