I feel no joy in seeing Steem fall apart so rapidly and so ugly, I, and you, and many have watered and cared for it for years.

Most of what was watered and cared for is now here in Hive. The gestures, the connections still matter to those who felt that power. The real fruit of what was built. Not the website Steemit owned, not the chain that facilitated that water and caring.

The beauty of what has happened here is it proves where the real value is. I take joy that this proof now exists.
