I saw the goat right away (after I read the comments and realized it wasn't some kind of fungal infection oozing from their eye infecting the cheek). I think my attention was drawn more to the hair that looks like they have a mowed lawn growing from their head, lol. Or, perhaps it was a facial tattoo like so many of the kids these days find fashionable.

Sigh, I'm to old to be cool (or see as much as I used to).
