You misunderstand my non emotional description of what is as an excuse for it. Longing for something better while continuing to utilize the system that is created to allow for just such action isn't logical. It reminds me of people who demand a place in the Christian church while living a lifestyle that is condemned by the book they demand to be a part of. I can get why they would be adamant against the structure that says they are to be handled/viewed a certain way. What I don't get is why they insist on being part of that system while demanding everyone pretend that it isn't what it is.

To myself, that is the true denial.
