Haven't watched college football in decades (since Notre Dame had Jerome Bettis AND Reggie Brooks in the backfield). Hope they deserve their ranking this year. I felt many of the years after Lou Holts left they were ranked for political reasons and not their actual talent nor coaching abilities.
