The sad thing about this is those complicit in the crimes aren't paying. The citizens will be paying for these schemes foisted upon them. Shame they can't hold those directly responsible (politicians, lobby groups and others who profited legally and illegally) for these schemes to pay these reparations that will never undo the scars left on the victims.
