Steemcleaner, this account does appear to belong to Tommy Sotomayor. He has had a large following on YouTube for many years, and the website this says is posting here using SteemPress is his website. You can find one of his channels (he has many) on YouTube like this one that acknowledges the website he says he is using SteemPress to post here from. Here is one video he has on his channel that promotes the website in question.
