How I wish Zimbabwe just adopted bitcoin like El- Salvador, a centralized coin has several disadvantages even if it is backed by gold. I heard that the BRICS countries are also planning a gold backed currency to rival the USD. CBDCs will be controlled by governments and accounts can be easily tracked and
frozen if anyone has divergent views.
