Excellent post, this is happening in many countries across the globe, the cost of living doesn't comply with the salaries being paid on the available jobs. From the US, UK, Europe and Australia there are pay strikes all over. The solution is that most of these companies have to relinquish more of their profits to the ordinary workers and not to dormant shareholders.
