We just had elections and transparency was a big issue leading to that supreme court hearing that upheld the winner. However, many people are still not convinced that the election was fair. The blockchain will set us free from all this drama and if people can vote with their phones or laptops then even better. I see this coming in the future, the older politicians may be reluctant but it takes one country to start and others will follow suit. In the recent elections we have many young MPs and these are some of the things I hope they will be bringing legislation about.
