Thank you for the wonderful comment Elizabeth. Indeed the malls were open on Christmas day and most stores too. In the play area the mall was teeming with kids getting their faces painted, then they ride the ferris wheel, go karting, merry go round and many other games. It's pretty busy, however, bars and restaurants/ most places close by 11pm to midnight.
