Oh yes, the Chinese are onto Africa and they are slowly cementing themselves on the continent. Currently they are building a big road in Kenya and they have previuosly done a major railway project and other roads too. I have seen them in Ethiopia and other countries too. Hopefully we won't let them do what the Britsh and other European countries did in Africa- Taking advantage of our resources and robbing us blind.
