Oh yes Museveni might be president till death, did you know there was a constitutional age limit of 70 and Museveni made sure that parliament voted it out. That was a few years ago after he had turned 70 . I remember there was a big fight in that parliament but he made sure the amendment was passed. So you are right, he is there to stay.
