A really sad situation going into four days without the internet, if I was Ugandan I would just move out of there until that dictator is out of power. Democracy is dead and people's freedom totally compromised. I believe he indeed stole this election and was totally scared of Bobi Wine. Let's see how things turn out in the coming days.
