That's some wonderful analysis and I am so proud of what the uniswap DEX has achieved so far. Their volume even out paced established exchanges like coinbase. The only drawback I see with it is the high gas prices other than that everything works great. XDai is the layer two solution that seems to solve the high gas costs with their platform honeyswap.
