oh yes, its mostly black people and they shoot to kill. They don't shoot limbs/legs they shoot them straight in the back to finish them off. Treating them worse than unruly wild animals that are usually shot with tranquilizer shots. As I said it's like a cancer, lets hope it goes into remission soon. Enjoy an amazing Friday ahead :}
