Another great video and I must say that just like you I am impressed with the level of growth in DeFi. We are seeing new, exciting projects everyday, it is hard to keep up with everything that is going on. It is amazing to see that anyone , anywhere with some Etheruem and metamask can just get into uniswap and start participating in some of the protocols. There is even wrappedBTC that gets you to use your BTC if you don't have ETH or don't want to convert your BTC to ETH
The big drawback with the ETH dependent DeFi is that the gas prices are getting really crazy high, then there is the issue of slippage too. However, with projects like polkadot, cosmos and fusion coming up with interoperabilty between chains, we will see good scaling and cheaper transaction costs. A big win for crypto users and definitely a big blow to banks in general. The future is looking exciting.
