They have halloween decoration in many places, I have seen decorations in the neigbourhood on individuals' houses too. Most malls have them too. Of course the US election will capture the world's attention

Oh sorry, didn't see this comment earlier. Oh yes, its much colder now as we head to winter. Many are dressed warmly but some usually run around in shorts and t-shirts even when it's drizzling. Strange
