Oh wow , our fuel subsidy was removed last year on appointment of the new govt. Now they have doubled the excise duty on fuel from 8% to 16%. The sad part is that when fuel goes up everything else does

I guess they are planning ahead, but it always seems that as long as Putin remains in power that war will never stop. Anyway time will tell but for now I don't see a quick end to the bombings. Thank you
