My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2020...... Awesome Monday 🏃👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Monday and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. Hopefully your week is off to a great start. I wanna thank you for sharing part of your time with me yet again 👏.
Let me proceed to quickly run you through my stepping activities of the day. Let's do this 💨.
Just like yesterday I kicked off the day early, brisk walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
I enjoyed the session and ultimately achieved my automaticwin before heading back to the house. It was a few minutes to ten o'clock when I arrived.
I then got into my usual morning routine of reading my email and getting up to speed with the international and local news.
Pretty sad 😔 to see the world still grappling with the dreaded virus. Nothing much to say but just keep praying 🙏 and hoping that it's over sooner rather than later.
I kept watching crypto videos and also some comedy to get my mind off the whole situation. In between I tackled some mundane house chores and then went out for more walking when my eyes got tired.
It was a beautiful day, cloudy but with intermittent spurts of sunshine here and there.
Later in the afternoon I got into my usual afternoon nap 😴. That was exactly what I needed to refresh and restore myself.
True to that I woke up feeling marvelous.
I later woke up to a fantastic cup of tea ☕ and then was later out for the final walk of the day.The slower paced relaxed walk to wind down my day in style.
As always I enjoyed the sunset ⛅ walk mostly alongside the main road and then around the neighborhood as it got dark.
I finally made it back home safe and sound.
That's pretty much how my day has gone by and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏. I truly appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕.
