Many people's still don't know how to see proper reputation level of steemit.
There is website names as steemnow

Click on above link you can check that how much steem power I have, What' is my rate of vote, and my reputation level which will in decimals.

Here you can see my reputation level is 40.268 which giving more clarity to me about my repo.
How you can check your repo in steemnow .
Just change the url top on screen . After @ write your steemit username and click go and there will be your details.
