I heard this report and people have been willfully exploiting it uneccessarily. I think it is music 🎶 for truthters and conspiracy theorists because they love misinformation.
The data actually says 6% of deaths were caused by COVID-19 alone (people with no health issues). The other 94% of people had pre-existing conditions (diabetes, hypertension,..) that the covid virus made worse and led to death. So in all of the more than 184K deaths we have, the covid virus played a role. People with pre-existing conditions got a bad break!
