When you think of reggae, you may have a lot of names coming to your head.
I wish you name a few but Snow may never come to your mind.
Actually Snow hardly sings straight #reggae.
Throughout the year, he had many collaborations with many great Jamaican
artist.
Dancehall looks more his way to put out his songs.
Since he knows how to sing in Jamaican patois, his song has an appeal
similar to dancehall.
He found a way to make his own sound by mixing all with North American genres.
Good for him that his is back in the groove.
Most likely he is more widespread in Canada.
He is from Canada. far away from Jamaica. It does not stop him
to find his identity in Jamaica.
He did got help along the way to get where he is.
In Canada along his teenage year, he had many friend from Jamaica.
What a way to create a path and bring us Snow that we know today.
The song most people knows is Informer.
When that #jahm came out, nobody is sure
who sing it and where the artist is from.
Nowadays the effect of Snow and the way he emulates #Jamaica
left a profound root for many other artists to cross the bridge and make songs
of their liking.
Enjoy this ballad from Snow
