After beating Spain, Australia and then France, you deserve the gold medal team USA. I like the comradery to the gold medal. It was interesting when you count the talent for team USA. They were rusty to begin with. They lost couple games in the exhibition games, worried all the fans. Losing to France to start the competition.
Glad they did not look back. Defense prevails from Jrue and company. Kevin and Company provide the offense. It was a done deal going to the final match against France. Actually free throws at the end got me chills but KD sink two to keep us above water. I am so happy for them knowing they have a legacy to follow.
When you think of dream team, every team USA for the Olympics is playing against themselves. Only them can win and keep their names in the book of all team USA participating in Olympic games.
Basketball is over for the players. Preparing for the season in minute away.
These Super stars will rest for the remaining of the Summer knowing another NBA season is couple months away.
