I have been thinking about this and here is an example. If you want to get rich through a job, you typically do it by working for very rich people helping grow their money like maybe being an investment banker or something. That is how the world currently works right now. You help the super rich and you can become rich at some point but I think it should be the other way round. People should be rewarded more for helping the poor. They are the people that need the help. Thoughts?
