There are currently 3 Buffs in the Game.

Additional 20% ATTACK every Attack Up.
STACKABLE means that you can Stack the Buff up to (2 or more)
Every Attack Up is 20% so 2 Attack up is 40%

If the Axie has JINX, it would never land a critical hit on that ROUND.

LETHAL
The Next attack that the Axie with Lethal will receive is 100% Critical Hit.

If your Axie is affected with Chills, then if it dies with chills, it would not enter the Last Stand.

Bird Card, Tail Card, Ranged.
STUN
If you are on Offensive and you have Stun on your Axie, Its next Attack would miss.
If you are on Defensive and you are Stunned. The opponent's attack would bypass or ignores the Shield you put on the Axie.

Bug Card, Back Part, Melee.
Fish Snack / Aesthetic Bait
Bug Card, Tail Part, Melee.
Tiny Turtle / Chomp

POISON
Poison is a continuous DEBUFF, unless it is cured it would not be removed.
Every Stack of Poison would be -2 life Every Action done by the Axies (ALL ALIVE AXIES).

Garish Worm / Bard Strike

Yam / Gas Unleash
Plant Card, Tail Part, Ranged.
Grass Snake / Venom Spray

SLEEP
If the Axie has Sleep debuff then, The Incoming Attacks would ignore or bypass the Shield and Damage the Axie Directly.
SKILLS THAT APPLY SLEEP
Double Talk / Soothing Song
Bird Card, Mouth Part, Ranged
FEAR
When the Axie is affected by FEAR, All attacks that are done by this Axie for the Next Round would MISS.

When your Axie has Stench, then its priority target would not be accomplished.
