Good day everyone! The rain was pouring heavily almost all day in most part of the Philippines today. We had class this morning, but later on, the city Mayor decided to cancel all classes due to the heavy rain. I just wish that they decide a little early if they are going to cancel the classes or not, so that we (students) don't have to go through all the hassle. We are not waterproof.
