Hahaha, well, if you were like a friend of mine who use to have lucid dreams too often, surely you would have discovered that you always has been able to breathe at will underwater all this time. :D
As for your recurring dreams of being in a car in the back seat where apparently nobody was driving it.
I even would dare to say that despite everything. You always subconsciously deeply trusted in your own good judgment and of what you are capable of achieving, if you simply let yourself be carried away calmy by your accurate inner intuition and unique common sense without the most minimal trace of anxiety. :)
Do you believe we can learn something from our dreams?
Oh yes, definitely. Although unfortunately from long time ago, I rarely remember what I dreamed once I've fully woken up. Yeah, it must be that I am so used to my daily soliloquies that now not even my own dreams want to teach me anything new these days. Hahaha
