Me gusto mucho tu publicación y estoy completamente de acuerdo, con tantos beneficios debemos reír mucho , yo me rio mucho, a veces me pongo a ver películas o videos graciosos y me ayudan a relajarme. En estas circunstancias que estamos viviendo, es la mejor medicina. Saludos
