Sometimes we forget the basics and a gentle reminder is required. I spent 2018 posting brief insights into my travels, and whilst they were hopefully interesting, I suspect they were not particularly insightful.

I was posting in a style that mirrored others, and ignoring what I really needed to do. What I'd wanted to do was to go beyond the instagram picture postcards, and delve deeper into the live's of those I'd been passing through as I travelled. But I simply didn't have the balls to go against what I'd perceived to be the norms on the platform.

HIVE is a new beginning, and I intend to start exactly where I didn't leave off. Long-form chapters of my journey, a book of books diving deep into the lives of those who've shaped my life since setting out to ride the world 12 years ago.

Thanks for the motivation to do what I've wasted too many years avoiding ...... Geoff
