BIO MARTA, Juventus's sports director, responded to reports that the Bianconeri wanted to sign Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata in the summer transfer period.
Marotta told Mediaset Premiem: "Linking Murata to Juventus confirms he was happy with us, but now he's a Chelsea player. I have nothing more to say."
"Every season, we strive to develop the team's performance and strengthen it in quantity and quality, and of course we look forward to strengthening the ranks taking into account the economic situation of the club."
Murata spent two seasons with Juventus, then returned to Real Madrid in the summer of 2016 and left after a season to move to Chelsea last summer.
Numerous press reports indicated that the Spanish striker was not comfortable in the English capital and was not up to expectations, scoring 11 goals and 6 for his 29 league appearances.
The name Alvaro Murata has been associated with the return of the old lady, and other reports have also suggested moving to Paris Saint-Germain.
