Dear Governor !
One year ago, on March 16, 2017, I have declared to be a new director of the Florida Institute for Neuroscience, but the staff of the institute has refused to cooperate, why the Attorney General Pam Bondi (9.04.2017), the Florida Supreme Court (23.11.2017) and the Palm Beach Distinct court (22.01.2018) had been successively requested to evict mentioned staff from the building by police forces.
Due to refusal of the Attorney General to correspond to my request as well as of both courts to respond to my claim in an appropriate way, my property is stil occupied by the squatters and my right of disposition is still disregarded.
Such ignorance of the facts, laws and my individual rights is called legal nihilism and can not remain without consequences. Either you dismiss Pam Bondy, clerks, judges and other officials from their positions due to obstruction, or I let the FBI arrest you together with other officials for corruption, complicity, aiding and abetting, for the breach of federal law, neglection and contravention against your supervisory duties, malevolent indifference, incompetence, ineptness, and abrogation of rule of law.
In addition to the building in Max Planck Way 1, Jupiter, Florida, I declare herewith the Maison de L'Amitie in Palm Beach, Florida, to my ownership for reasons explained in my letter of 19.12.2017, and expect the recognition of my right to dispose freely of the property which I own.
