Many smaller lodges were present in the high camp. They were ready to serve us any time 24*7. Small beds with electric beds and heaters were available at affordable price.

This picture brings back memories of the peaceful surroundings, the simple lodge, and the magnificent mountains in the background. The snow-covered peaks were partly hidden by clouds, which made the view even more beautiful. I could have spent a long time just sitting there, enjoying the scenery and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

We reached the Mardi Himal viewpoint early in the morning to see this breathtaking views. Many small stalls were present to serve the visitors with tea, hot water and snacks. This place is located at 4500 metres from the sea level. From this view point, the Annapurna I and II are visible at the north whereas the mount Machhapuchhre and mount Mardi are visible towards south.

The Annapurna Conservation Area is not only famous for its mountain views but also for its beautiful forests, wildlife, local villages, and unique culture. It reminds us how important it is to protect nature and keep these places beautiful for future generations.
