Just a quick off-topic question. I was looking at dao payouts from hive.fund, and just see an 8k+ HBD hourly payout to steem.dao. (even if it just shows up in transactions, but not on the steem.dao account)

I never heard about it. Do you know, what is it? Why doesn't it show up on steem.dao account? what for they spend it?
