In case you're not in the know, there's a current problem going around with the rental function in Splinterlands.
So from what I gleamed from the discord, the main issue is that cards going off the rental market can't be used by the owner. Normally, this is not the case as you should be able to use it immediately.
Well, according to the discord, the devs are working on it!
Some have even started asking if it was a PeakMonsters issue, but Jarvie already released a statement that the Splinterlands team has already identified the main issue.
The end of season is soon approaching and problems like these add unnecessary stress to the entire renting process. If people won't want be able to rent out there cards because they just so happened to be on cooldown, then I expect that the prices of rent may skyrocket that day.
If you plan to cancel your rent towards the end of the season, then make sure you do so 48 hours before the end of season, just in case.
Whatever the case, let's just keep calm and if we must complain, let's do so properly. Nobody wants issues like this and I'm sure the team is doing their best!
